We are seeking an experience technical leader to join our team and drive our current and future gas turbine engine programmes forward.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a proven track record for technical leadership of aerospace gas turbine engine development programmes, ideally small business jet or helicopter engines. The role will require the candidate to directly lead and supervise the design, analysis, development, testing, certification and productionisation of the GT50 engine and its family of derivatives.

- Provide engine design leadership at architecture, system and component level.
- Provide leadership on verification, validation and certification of aero-engines.
- Lead, grow and manage the multi-disciplinary team of specialists to deliver GT50 to specification and on budget.
- Have excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Develop and execute testing, validation and certification plan.
- Manage, drive and deliver the day-to-day operations of the GT50 programme ensuring a properly coordinated and speedy development.
- Work hand-in-hand with Chief Production Engineer for prototype and series production.
